Yet another impressive wine from Delamere, with handpicking, whole bunch pressing, and then ferment and maturation in Burgundian oak. The aromas show a little light stone fruit with a fine citrus, floral combination. The palate, with its slightly cashew-like character, and a gentle savory influence, is textured and precise. It’s a most impressive example of the Chardonnays from this vineyard.
