The Shed Pinot, while being lighter and more approachable than the estate version, is still so very close in its DNA, punching above its weight and offering great value. There are pleasant notes of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, earth, rhubarb and stems, and plentiful acid, showing brightness of fruit on the palate. It’s very nice as a sipper while also pairing well with lots of different foods, such as pasta, cheese and even curries. I think it’ll even get better.
