Devil’s Corner Resolution Riesling 2023

Share

A bouquet of steely flannel flowers, wild crab apples and finger lime. It’s so alive with palpable energy it’s almost dancing, the mica and blue stone like minerals flood the palate and just the sliver of sweetness is detectable. Acidity is crackling and sparkly, attracting all your attention to just how quickly you’ve drained your glass. This is so moreish you might almost forget that it takes a very special site indeed and a deft winemaking hand to draw out this kind of clarity and precision. A wine that needs nothing by its side but if you’re peckish some salt and vinegar hot chippies would be a hit.
