French Rosé under screw cap! More please. This blend – 36% Cinsault, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Grenache, 19% Syrah and 2% Rolle from the Côtes de Provence – is fully tank fermented. The colour is a pale bronze pink. A most appealing Rosé – delicate, elegant and refined – with notes of florals, wild strawberries, white peaches and citrus, especially grapefruit pith. Showing good focus and length, this is nicely balanced with fine acidity and a clean, dry finish. Enjoy this now and for the next two years.
