Here’s a terrific quality, value-for-money Cabernet from Langhorne Creek. On the nose, it opens with loads of dark chocolate and black fruits, with a cherry and blackcurrant combination. And then the palate delivers with a succulent mix of dark fruit flavours, a lashing of chocolate, and some nice, fine, chalky tannins. It pulls together in perfect harmony with the oak, tannin, and fruit balance spot on. It’s an ideal wine for drinking over the next few years. Eminently approachable.
