earthworks Grower Gatherer Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Share

This wine from the Barossa screams out Cabernet from start to finish. It is not particularly serious but delivers good balance and flavour. There is an attractive mix of leafy, herbal aromas before blackcurrant comes in to the party, old oak sitting in gentle support. Then lots of juicy, minty flavours to enjoy follow with just enough grainy tannins to provide a food-friendly backbone. Nothing better for mid week lamb chops.
