Elderton Barossa Shiraz 2021

This is one of the best examples of this wine I have tasted. It’s so soft and supple, with flavours that are both exotic and substantial. Brings together fruit from the Greenock area providing punch and tannin, while that from the Nuriootpa vineyards adds a sweet, lush fruit component. It all comes together with a mix of new and used French and American oak. Medium bodied and thoroughly delicious.
