e’STELLAR Chardonnay 2025

Share

Fruit is from a single 40-hectare vineyard operation that brings together the iconic Dixons Creek Estate and the adjacent former Mandala vineyard, originally planted by the Henkell family in the 1980s. This once again captures the loft white florals of a Spring afternoon, Freesia and Cala lily. Wet stone and grapefruit with pineapple and plum too. This has the dancing chorus line of Yarra Valleys brisk acidity combined with some creamy French oak support. Agile and energetic. A very good example of why we cannot get enough of Yarra Chardonnay. Drink with fried prawn toast. Drink now or cellar for another 4-5 years.
