Fruit from the vineyard is in organic conversion as we speak. The wine leaps out of the glass with glace pear, sugar apricot squares and lemon verbena. Dried chamomile and hay bale. There is a sandy quality with bottlebrush nectar, logan and lemon drop citrus. Acidity is like a trickling stream, constant and flowing. A touch of pear nectar and papaya skin. It’s full of ripe fruit and a genial mouth feel. Drink now and serve with golden hasselback potatoes and shaved truffle.
