Feudo Arancio Grillo 2018

Share

Sicily is one of the most fashionable wine regions in the world right now. Its volcanic soils, and being Europe’s most active volcano has got winemakers around the world clamouring to get a piece of the action. And Grillo is one of its most famous exports thanks to its part in the local fortified Marsala.

This table wine shows the hot Sicilian climate thanks to its ripe peach and nectarine fruits. It’s a European Summer in a glass with some earthy, savoury characters. It is also dry and light weight with a slightly creamy texture and balanced acidity. A good Italian white for casual drinking.
