Five Vineyard Estate Shiraz 2023

A medium-bodied example of a cooler climate Shiraz from the Plenty region just out of Melbourne. Loaded with dark cherry, and ripe plum with a subtle chocolate and spicy nuance adding complexity. The palate has a slightly liqueur texture which is balanced by the spicy bay leaf and a touch of black olive. Smooth and seamless with a dry savoury, slightly minerally finish.
