Flowstone Sauvignon Blanc 2020

This is nothing like most savvies of the new world. Definitely an old world throwback and it’s wonderful to see the way Stuart Pym has pursued this distinctive style. It’s fermented in oak and then spends another 11 months in there building texture and layered complexity. The ripe mix of guava and melon emerges but then merges into that beautifully weighted oak. Crisp and chalky on the finish.
