Forrest Sauvignon Blanc 2025

The fruit here is sourced from four discrete vineyards in the Renwick sub-region of Marlborough, in the Wairau River Valley. It is a step up from your average Marlborough Savvy. Near transparent straw in colour, the nose offers a mix of tropicals and herbs, citrus with a touch of peach, and even the merest hint of plum skin. The wine is of medium length with bright acidity and underlying concentration, it should provide pleasure for the next three to four years.
