Fox and the Feather Cabernet Sauvignon Langhorne Creek 2021

This is absolutely cracking value, from the underrated Langhorne Creek region (wish I had the proverbial dollar for every time I have said that) and also a top vintage. Dark red/maroon, there are notes of chocolate, mulberries, plums and a touch of leafiness. Exceptional length with soft and silky tannins as more dark fruits emerge on the palate. Finely balanced with excellent length, this is soft and seductive. Six to ten years. Love it.
