Fratelli Barale Barolo Castellero 2017

Young and yet to reveal its full personality. Very compact – some will say closed. Still there is briar, tobacco, the smell of bushland underneath while fragrant rose wafts overhead. Fleshy with cherry cola notes to taste, as well as root vegetables. Still very tight, the tannins gather at the top of the mouth waiting to round out fully. Plenty to look forward to as this unfolds.
