Geoff Merrill St Nic GSM 2022

This is a delightfully fragrant, fresh, and quite bouncy GSM sourced from vineyards in South Australia. It’s very much about spicy fruit and flavour. There are bright, almost blue fruits and the palate is neatly integrated with fine, chalky tannins sustaining its length. It’s a perfect wine for drinking in the short term.
