Greenock Creek Seven Acre Shiraz 2021

Nothing shy here is this decadently flavoured 2021 Shiraz from vineyards in Seppeltsfield with lashing of dark chocolate and fresh tar with a rich vein of mocha oak. Beautifully mouth filling but also with a strong shape that holds firm. Supple particulate tannins provide good definition to the lengthy and approachable finish. Superb now but will hold.
