Juniper Cornerstone Karridale Chardonnay 2019

Share

Lovely to see the Karridale area spotlighted in this Higher Plane Vineyard. Bright Gingin fruit of cut ripe pineapple and wild lime, lemon sherbet and an intoxicating lemon myrtle aroma. Plenty of texture and a deft hand with the oak. I’d love to see this again with some bottle age as well although it is drinking very well now. This is a wine that represents the Margs lifestyle; serious wines, serious waves and endless golden sunshine days. Ultimate pairing – poached Marron and finger lime with potato pancakes, oh my.
