Paisley Texture Series Angaston Shiraz 2019

This vineyard is at 440 metres with the altitude contributing to a more elegant style. This is inky magenta in colour. We have notes of bay leaves, earthy tones, bergamot, cloves, black olives, aniseed, dry herbs and especially blackberries. The palate steps up to an even more impressive level. Such a silky texture with satiny tannins as lovely plum and cassis notes emerge. Very finely balance with excellent length, this is a superb Eden Valley Shiraz. Drink for eight to fifteen years.
