Vasse Felix Classic Dry Red 2024

Share

100% Shiraz. A ripper this year, showing mulberry, blood plum, pine needle, black pepper, resin and a touch of graphite. Lifted and immediate. The palate is juicy and buoyant, sloshing around the mouth with blackberry, black cherry, pepper and nutmeg spice. Tannins are firm but not aggressive, drawing the wine to medium length with black fruits a feature. A very solid $20 quaffer with an appealing fruit-and-spice mix.
