Corryton Burge Barossa Shiraz 2021

Share

Corryton Burge, with a generational connection to the land, does Barossa well. This ’21 Shiraz brings all the forces together with a touch of class, not to mention value for money. Blackberry, cassis, bramble, woodsy oak, a touch of smoked charcuterie aromas. It’s an inviting start, and it’s followed on the palate with good line and length delivered via balanced tannins, a basis for some lovely ripe and joyful black fruits, liquorice, spice and well-integrated oak. Easy all the way across the palate. Knows how to please a crowd.
