Hare’s Chase Mataro Rosé 2023

Before Mourvèdre became fashionable, the grape was known as Mataro. The Barossa has grown Mataro for generations and, in true Barossan form, the name takes pride of place on the label of this sweet, summer berried rosé. Mataro brings its bountiful strawberry, musk, boiled lolly confection aromas and equally bright confection salmon pink hues to the glass. Youthful, juicy and complete in red berries, spice and sweet confection this is a rosé that delivers nothing but easy drinking pleasure.
