Whoa! This is one zesty, super charged Sav. The cool Denmark sub-region of the Great Southern delivers an impressive youngster bursting in prime Sauvignon herbals with the kind of freshness and citrus pop that seduces. Pristine Sauvignon fruit to the fore in gooseberry, green bean, grapefruit and that tell-tale lingering scent of freshly cut grass. It’s a mix of herbals, lantana, green bean and citrus intensity to taste, quite edgy thanks to the lemony bright acidity. A good example of what the Great Southern can bring to the grape with some additional developing texture, too. Bright, unadorned and delish.
