This 2022 Chardonnay is an undersated style but delivers layers of fine complexity. Grapefruit, peach skin and pear aromas are nicely integrated with savoury oatmeal barrel ferment complexity. Vibrant acidity provides upfront appeal before opening out to more pithy/pear drop flavours with subtle oak spice. Impressive power and length provide an attractive finish.
