As you taste, a tempered richness reveals itself, gathering momentum with pure fruit to the fore, encouraged though not dominated by 12-14 months of French and American oak maturation, 40% new. Impressive for that alone, this wine’s completeness and assured medium- bodied styling are rendered superbly.
