Let’s start here with a moment to praise the 2021 vintage, which has given this wine an auspicious head start. There’s an enticing depth to the nose, a glimpse of mint and a helpful backdrop foundation of older oak, suggesting further interest to follow. And it does, the palate well connected and seamless, sweet fruit and subtle spice savouriness asking and answering in tasteful harmony.
