Henschke Joseph Hill Adelaide Hills Gewürztraminer 2025

Intense as Gewürz can get and so, so complex. Offers a beautifully pure varietal scent of  lychee, rose petal, tangerine, crushed tarragon and candied ginger. Picked on the riper side – 13.5% ABV – and richly defined, it is lifted and made fresh and alive by well delineated acidity. And the spice, such an important element of Gewürz, sings so well, bringing candied ginger and spiced apple notes with citrus and apple to the palate.
