Cool name for a Rosé. Pretty cool flavours coming through, too, in this bright, pale salmon Rosé from Wrattonbully which employs a number of grape varieties (their identities, however, remain unknown). Aromas of strawberry, cherry, cranberry and spice with a hint of floral, pressed flowers. Plenty of upfront energy here. Comes finely edged in super fresh acidity and boasting summer berries with a light dusting of spice. Mid-palate gentle creaminess gives nice depth to the flavour. A good all-rounder with food or without. Hits above its modest price point.
