Share

This is from renowned growers Mark and Deb Petney with their daughter taking the winemaking reins and producing an Estate bottling. The finest free run juice is collected with a cool fermentation in a stainless steel tank, the wine rested on its yeast lees for two months. This is made in micro amounts, from a single vineyard in the High Eden sub region. Bursting with white florals, freesia and Gardenia there are freshly sliced green apples, nashi pear and backyard lemons. Acidity is bright and carries a hint of soda water salinity, laser like in direction the wine is bone dry with some pomelo pith texture. A wine with intention and perfect for cutting through white meats or sweet scallop flesh. Drink now or cellar for another decade.
