Higher Planes Vanishing Point 2023

A mix of heady blackberries, mulberries and toffee apples. A nice display of picked plums features throughout. Some thyme and thistle with plenty of juicy acidity. Fruit envelops the palate with its oak spice sitting behind. There is also a smattering of black pepper flakes and clove studs. A wine that ticks a lot of boxes for drinkability and a good whack of complexity, but utterly enjoyable on its own too. An excellent pizza wine. Drink now.
