Hirsch Hill Chardonnay 2023

This is a beautifully presented Yarra Valley Chardonnay, it’s light bodied but has plenty of drive and persistence. It’s largely a fruit driven style with the oak deliberately understated and precise. Light melon and cashew characters on the palate carry through the finish.
