This Hunter Valley Semillon is at the peak of its powers with bright, crisp acidity still very much in play. Now a brushed golden colour, it instantly shows those classic aged Hunter Semillon aromas of honey and preserved lemon with a gentle toastiness just beginning to emerge. Tangy acidity then underpins a bright, vibrant mouthfeel with honeyed citrus flavours fanning out over a finish of medium length. Enjoy with gently cooked scallops, straight out of the pan.
