Fearon Fiano 2025

Share

Like much of the Fearon range, this Fiano sits on the riper, more tropical end of the spectrum – fruits you might expect to find deep in the rainforests of Hawaii. Aromatic off the bat. A strong woman, indeed. 100% Fiano from Harvey in the Geographe region. Wild fermented and lees-aged in amphora for nine months. Marzipan, fennel seed and green mango. In the mouth, the acid gets right into the back teeth, carrying the wine through to an almond-skinned finish. Decant, and eat with fried zucchini flowers… and gallons of olive oil.
