This 2024 Straws Lane Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is so charming out of the gate with its perfumed aromas of musky rose petals and spice against a backdrop of riper dark cherry and rhubarb. Excellent tension of fresh acidity and sinewy tannins underpins a very youthful and still closed palate. Understated power and a sustained finish will see this wine impress in time but still needs a while to hit its straps.
