Holm Oak Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV

Share

A blend of 56% Pinot Noir and 44% Chardonnay, the wine spends 12 months on lees. 7.5g dosage. Rainier cherries, rambutan and blush nectarines. This is abundant with a spread of citrus, stone and tropical fruits. A hint of lemonade and tutti fruity freshness. A fine persistent bead and some baked goods, almond croissant and flakey pastry. The wine finishes fairly dry with a hint of tonic and lemon pith, a fizz you could happily sip away at all night. Try with a prawn risotto.
