Looking smart in classic German-style brown bottle. Brings an equally classic mix of cool climate, high florals – orange blossom, apple blossom, honeysuckle, orange peel – to a lightly off-dry style of Riesling. It’s a gentle touch of sweetness which contributes roundness and texture to the palate while also retaining bright acidity. It’s a delicate balancing act that works particularly well here with fruit sourced from a high altitude – 950 metres – vineyard in Orange. The finish is just a tad dry, but doesn’t detract from the beauty of the grape and its connection to the region.

She was named Wine Communicator of the Year and Legend of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival in 2014 and in 2018 Legend of the Vine. She is a founding board member of Australian Women In Wine and is the co-deputy chair of Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards and China’s Wine List of the Year Awards.
