Holm Oak The Wizard Chardonnay 2023

A beautiful Chardonnay that glistens and shimmers from the start. Opens with engaging aromas of white peach and cashew with a little rich creaminess. The palate lifts with a fine mix of nutmeg and turmeric, a little lemon pith and cumquat. It was 100% wild fermented with about two-thirds going through malolactic fermentation. It’s a rich and intense wine yet one that retains its pristine precision and fine lingering finish.
