A lovely rose-gold hue. Blood orange, red rose, wild strawberry and nutritional yeast set the scene, with peach blossom adding further lift. A saline note lends savoury tension alongside a subtle nutty nuance. The palate shows good energy, backbone and texture, aided by a fine, creamy bead. Blood orange and wild strawberry reappear, joined by cranberry and rose. The blood orange contributes an attractive bitter note through the finish, while citrusy acidity keeps everything fresh and clean. Good length and a confidently vinous feel — poised rather than teetering. Quite delicious.
