Gosh I love Museum Release Riesling. There’s no waiting for the lifted florals of youth to deepen into pollen-rich acacia. That’s the case here. There’s lime marmalade, dried peach slices, honey-laden scones, fresh from the oven, and toasted coconut. It’s beautifully dry with refreshing acidity and layered honey-cake spicy flavours. There’s still a long life ahead but it’s a privilege to taste this now. For the full experience, splash into a decanter and drink at about 8-10C.
