Typical vibrant red and subtle crimson hues of Malbec, there is a burst of cherry and plum with a slight stewed rhubarb finish. The palate has a tight core of chalky tannins and fine grained oak to hold the controlled line to the finish. Nice spicy lift adds further complexity whilst a little time will help this one immeasurably.
