Juniper Small Batch Fiano 2020

Mark Messenger is making quite a statement with this southern Italian variety. A little over half is fermented in stainless steel with lees stirring while the remainder goes into old oak for about six months with regular stirring. The result is a wine that makes an impact. Bright melon with a deeper stone fruit richness lifted by a citrus tang. All round it’s an excellent food wine.
