Inviting, warm and sweet fruited, Covenant celebrates a Shiraz bursting in flavour and character. Sweet tobacco, vanilla, black cherry, bramble and plum, star anise and peppercorn aromas offer up a rousing ode to the Aussie Shiraz style. Nothing shy here in the least. Indeed, the palate warmed by French oak in vanilla bean and milk chocolate is home to savoury notes in cured meat and earth among the richness of fruit and spice. Flows easily, super confidently, thanks to the role of supple tannins.
