Kilikanoon Prophecy Clare Valley Shiraz 2024

This is quite a firm and structured Shiraz from Clare, with generous and intense fruit flavours. The nose has a slightly spicy black pepper and dark plum character, while the palate builds with generous blackberry and dark plum fruits, with a dollop of chocolate adding further richness. The tannins show a firm chalkiness and the oak stamps its place. It’s a wine that’s got some potential in the cellar.
