Kinross The Prospector Gibbston Chardonnay 2024

Aromas of warm peach, crisp apple, lemon zest, subtle hazelnut, light flinty notes, with vanilla crème brûlée undertones. The palate is finely etched and refreshing, with citrus, orchard fruit, and a gentle creamy texture, finishing with gentle spice from light, well-judged oak. A brisk acidity backbone finely balances the richness, keeping it taut, elegant, mineral, but polished. An absolute stunner of a Central Chardonnay! Only 1650 bottles were produced.
