Kyneton Ridge Reserve Pinot Noir 2022

Share

Estate fruit grown on granitic sand and matured in French oak of which 25% is new for 8 months. Lilac, mulberries and Bing cherries. Satsuma plum, native coastal rosemary and blueberries. Kampot pepper, blackberry compote and granite. It’s slinky across the palate with a millpond of acidity and powdery tannins. A beautiful middle palate weight that is both savoury and plush. This has all the concentration Macedon is known for and plenty of finesse. Drinking well now and will cellar 3-5 years further. Try this with a mushroom and parmesan risotto.
