Fascinating to compare this with their 2019, both offering much, despite their differences. Same source as the 2019, for me this is as enjoyable as the 2019, the fine-tuned balance here lifts it to the next level. Yellow green in colour, this is also a muscular style of Riesling, offering loads of flavour. Notes of herbs, a hint of grapefruit among the citrus, and florals lingering towards the finish supported by good length, fine acidity and that balance. Finesse throughout and a lingering finish which maintains its intensity. Drink for six to eight years.
