A beautiful synergy between Australian wine history and Tasmanian whisky, this rare (only 450 bottles produced) is an extraordinarily decadent and rich whisky style thanks to its finishing in barrels that have held the Seppeltsfield 100-year-old Para Vintage Tawny. It’s incredibly sweet and inviting with gingerbread, spice and subtle smoke aromas sitting over a bed of brandied goodness with only a subtle porty edge. But you can’t miss the additional power and depth from the cask finish that also delvers exceptional length. A very impressive release from Lark.
