Paracombe Chardonnay 2021

Share

A kaleidoscope of lemon citrus, kumquat and golden peach. Some sparkler flint and toasted coconut flakes lead to a creamy lemon buttercream. Acidity is zesty and elated. A glimmer of boiled lemon candies and some macadamia crumble rounds out the final flavours. There is plenty of freshness here with some curves to soften the drive of acid. This will cellar solidly for another 3 years but drinking well now with egg noodles and chicken broth.
