It’s pretty and moreish aromatically. The palate holds similar restraint, though not at the expense of concentration. Bitter green apple skin, nashi pear, cinnamon and saline minerality nestle in a round texture before a gentle and attractively bitter close featuring a delicate phenolic edge.
