Mid crimson in colour, it is a deliciously elegant Gamay which feels like it has been sourced from a cooler French climate thanks to all round delicacy. It opens with an array of engaging aromas including violets and graphite with a faint leafiness. A bright, juicy and fruit forward palate follows with great upfront impact thanks to fresh acidity which underpins vibrant redcurrant fruits with gentle tannins helping to support a lingering finish. Brilliant value.
